Pacific Region Clinical Supplies (PARCS)

An informal, regional focus group devoted to dissemination, sharing and discussion of technology, logistics, regulatory issues and best practices involved in implementing the Investigational Clinical Supply Process.

PARCS meets twice a year rotating between northern (San Francisco) and southern (San Diego) California.  The meetings are 1-day events, held on a Friday.  There are 7-8 speakers who present cutting edge technologies and procedures to facilitate the clinical supply chain.  In the afternoon, there are two 1-hour roundtable discussion groups.  These breakout sessions afford attendees with an opportunity to interact with the morning speakers and ask questions regarding their specific issues.
